The batter will be very stiff.Step2Use a cookie scoop to measure out 1 tablespoon portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Place the sheet into the freezer for 30 minutes.Step3Melt the chocolate in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until you get a smooth, shiny consistency.
