2. Add in the kale and stir with the sauteed onions. Season with salt + pepper. Cook until the kale is soft and wilted, another 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Taste for seasoning and add more salt + pepper if needed.
4. Serve warm.
