Gently fold into the batter.Step8Scoop batter into muffin cups, and sprinkle with remaining oats, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds.Step9Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the centers.Step10Serve hot, or store in an airtight container or gallon freezer bag.
