Brussels Sprouts & Bacon is one of my go-to keto/low carb side dishes. It is really easy to make and it tastes so yummy. If you don't like traditional brussels sprouts, you may want to try this keto/low carb version of Brussels Sprouts & Bacon as it definitely kicks it up a notch.
A satisfying low carb side dish! Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut each brussels sprout in half and discard any discolored or detached outer leaves. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and dill with a whisk. Add brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat.
