Start the dough for low carb keto bread rolls. Pulse almond flour, baking powder, and egg in a food processor, until uniform. (See my tips below if you prefer to use coconut flour.) Make the cheese portion of keto rolls. Combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave until melted. Stir until smooth and uniform.
Normally a person on Keto can’t eat dinner rolls because they are too high in carbs. But happily, now there’s a way to make low carb rolls, bread and pizza dough and still stay on your Keto diet. Our Keto Dinner Rolls are only 2 net carbs each, now that’s a great deal! What is Fathead Dough? What a crazy name for bread: fathead dough.
To make these keto dinner rolls we will be using what is called “fathead dough” which is a popular keto dough made from a mixture of melted mozzarella cheese, eggs, cream cheese, and almond or coconut flour. The mixture miraculously makes a dough that resembles traditional dough and results in bread that is pretty good for keto!
