2. Add tomato paste and cook 1-2 minutes until tomato paste has deep red color. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Continue to cook 3-5 minutes until vegetables are slightly softened.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes.
