This Melt in Your Mouth Crock Pot Roast is just that! It is so delicious! Place your roast in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker. Pour your jar of gravy over top of your roast. Pour your water into the gravy jar, shake the jar and pour over everything. Sprinkle your garlic powder, salt and pepper on top.
Place the beef roast in the roasting pan. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat. Place the beef roast in the oven. Cook roast beef until the internal temperature registers at 120 F for rare meat or 125 F for medium rare. Take the roasting pan out of the oven.
