There is one small ingredient that is low carb and will thicken your gravy. It’s called xanthan gum. It’s a low carb thickener for sauces, gravies, puddings…etc. and it works terrific.
Dutch Oven/Oven – Using a dutch oven is my favorite way to cook a keto chuck roast. It’s pretty self-sufficient too once you get it going. First, sear the keto roast on the stove in the Dutch oven and then use the same pot to bake it in. It has a great lid to hold in the steam which cooks the veggies and makes the meat tender.
