Traditional honey glazed or brown sugar glazed hams are not keto-friendly. However, in this recipe, I make a keto-friendly glaze for this Keto Baked Ham with Lakanto Monkfruit Golden that is amazing!
Heat over medium-low heat until sugar is just dissolved (you do not need to bring it to a boil). Baste ham with about 1/3 of the honey mixture. Be sure to get in between all the slices. Cover and bake at 200-degrees for 5 hours, basting a second time halfway through (using half of the remaining honey mixture).
Directions. Whisk in vinegar until it forms a paste. Add cream, whisking, and beat in yolk. Heat over low heat, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens slightly, do not boil or sauce will curdle. Serve the sauce warm with slices of baked ham.
This Honey Baked Ham is so easy to make in the oven with a spiral cut ham, honey, Dijon mustard and ghee. This easy paleo ham recipe is made with a 4 ingredient glaze that’s perfect for Easter or holiday gatherings!
