Coconut oil – Most cost effective and easiest to find in stores. It’s super easy to make keto tea! Simply steep the tea in hot water, then blend with butter and MCT oil. In my experience, a half tablespoon each of butter and MCT oil is plenty. But, you can use a whole tablespoon of each if you prefer. How do you blend it? There are two ways:
Pour 4 cups boiling water over the tea bags and allow to steep for 6 minutes. Remove and squeeze the tea bags. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour into a gallon pitcher and add cold water and ice to fill. Bring the blueberries and lemon juice to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
