2. Once butter is melted, add peppers and onion. Saute, stirring frequently, until vegetables start to soften, 4-5 minutes.
3. Add cabbage, beef broth, water, diced tomatoes, ham, broccoli, cauliflower, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir to combine ingredients.
4. Increase heat to high and bring soup to a boil. Decrease heat to medium high and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

4. Remove the ham from the bone and chop it into smaller pieces. Add it back into the soup with the veggies. I removed about 1 pound of meat from the bone and back into the soup. Serve hot!
