1. In a large skillet, heat the oil, then add garlic, bell pepper, green onion. Cook for abou 2 minutes; stirring occasionally. Then add the cabbage.Next, add in the cajun seasoning, salt, parlsey, and water. Stir well to combine. Cook until the vegetables are soft on medium low heat. Once the vegetables are soft, remove the vegetables from the stove/heat. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl. Add the flour. Create a well and add in the oil and half of the water. Mix until just combined. Add the remaining water and use your hand to knead the dough. The dough should be wet enough where all of the flour incorporated, but dry enough where it does not stick to your hand.
