3. Cool slightly, then pour the sauce through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp. I use the back of a spoon to help push the sauce through. If you want a chunkier hot sauce, skip the straining. Or you can strain the sauce, and then add a little of the pulp back in to reach your desired consistency.
4. Pour into glass jar or bottle, and refrigerate until ready to use.
