Total Time: 11 hrs 30 minsCategory: AppetizerCalories: 92 per serving1. To make this recipe for flaxseed crackers, we first need to soak the raw seeds in the refrigerator overnight. To do so simply mix together the seeds and the seasonings in a mixing bowl. Then, pour the cold water over the mixture and cover.
2. When you are ready to make your flaxseed crackers, preheat your oven to 250.
3. Prep a rimmed baking sheet with Parchment Paper and then cut off an addition piece of Parchment Paper the same size as the baking sheet.
4. Remove the flaxseed mixture from the refrigerator and give it a quick stir. Then spread the mixture evenly over the prepped baking sheet. Place the additional sheet of parchment over the flaxseed and use a rolling pin to flatten it out to about 1/8″ thick (or thicker if you prefer). Consider using an additional baking sheet to make two sheets worth of crackers if needed.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until they are incorporated completely.
3. Now you will want to prepare your sheet pan or baking tray. I use a baking tray that’s as big as my oven, which in my case is 13 x 13 inches, or 33 x 33 cm. If yours is slightly smaller or larger, this will also work fine.
4. If you only have a sheet pan that’s 9 x 13 inches, you can adjust the recipe and use ⅔ of the ingredients.
