2. Open the bag and add in the steak, close the bag and shake it to coat the steak. Place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, overnight is best.
3. Heat grill or grill pan to high heat.
4. Remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side depending on how you like your steak cooked.
