    2. In the same pot set over low heat, add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add your thinly sliced garlic and fry just until fragrant.
    3. Once the garlic is fragrant, quickly and carefully add in your peeled shrimp. Fry on both sides until pink and curled, about 3-4 minutes. Next add in your butter and let it melt. Mix everything together.
    4. Lastly throw in your udon noodles and fresh chopped chives mixing everything together. Once mixed, remove off heat immediately and serve.
