2. Add the garlic and chilli and fry for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring.
3. Lower the heat and add the lemon zest and juice, the paprika, tomato puree and prawns. Stir and cook gently for 4 - 5 minutes or until piping hot, taking care not to overcook the prawns. You can add a couple of tablespoons of water at this point if the mixture is a little dry.
4. Stir in the parsley and serve immediately.
