To make these funfetti cake cookies, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Add cake mix, eggs, oil to a large bowl and mix to combine. Add the sprinkles and mix until the ingredients are incorporated.
1/2 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Spring Vanilla Flavored Frosting HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix and baking powder. With an electric mixer, mix in the eggs one at a time. Mix in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract until well combined. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in the nonpareils. Place 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
Drop rounded tablespoons of the cake batter cookies dough a few inches apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake the cake box cookies for 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. The cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven, but as they cool, they will become more firm.
