DirectionsStep1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Step2Bring the rolled pie crust out of the fridge and let it sit at room temp for about 20 minutes, or until soft (if you unroll it cold, it might tear). Unroll the pie crust on top of the parchment lined baking sheet.Step3In a large bowl, stir together the cranberries, orange flavor, stevia extract, and vanilla paste.Step4In a small bowl, whisk together the erythritol and cloves. Dump this over the cranberries and stir together. Scoop the mixture into the center of the pie crust and fold the dough over to create a galette.Step5In a tiny bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and water. Brush this over the pie crust (you won't need to use all of it you'll probably end up using about half) and sprinkle on the remaining erythritol. Bake for ~30 minutes…IngredientsIngredients1 Ready-To-Bake Rolled Pie Crust (I used Immaculate Baking Co)2 heaping cupsFresh Cranberries1 teaspoonOrange Flavor (or Orange Zest)½ teaspoonLiquid Stevia Extract½ teaspoonVanilla Paste⅓ cupGranulated Erythritol (plus ~ 1 tbs for sprinkling)0.12 teaspoonGround Cloves1 Egg Yolk (+ Splash of Water)NutritionalNutritional146 Calories8 gTotal Fat18 mgCholesterol18 gCarbohydrate132 mgSodium1.3 gProteinFrom dessertswithbenefits.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore further17 Galettes That Are Easier Than…Well, Pie - Bon Appétitbonappetit.comBerry Galette Recipe Bon Appétitbonappetit.comMini Blueberry Galettes - Minimalist Baker Recipesminimalistbaker.comHow to Make a Fruit Galette The Recipe Critictherecipecritic.comGluten-Free Blueberry Galette • Bakeritabakerita.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback

    3. Once dough has finished chilling, remove from refrigerator and transfer to a clean, lightly floured surface. Dust with additional flour and roll out to a 12-13” circle. Transfer to a baking sheet (sometimes I will use a round pizza pan, but a standard cookie sheet works, too).

    1. I like to make sure my pie dough is prepared before I begin. Make pie dough the night before because it needs to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before using. (See note.)
    2. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Make sure you have enough room in your refrigerator for these baking sheets because the shaped galettes must chill in step 7.
    3. Gently stir the berries, cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice/vanilla together in a medium bowl until combined. Place in the refrigerator, covered or uncovered, until step 5.
    4. Working with 1 chilled pie dough at a time, place the dough onto a floured work surface. Roll into a large 12-inch circle. Use your warm hands to mold any cracking edges back together as you see me doing in the video tutorial above. From the circle, cut rounds using a 5.5 or 6 inch cookie cutter. I simply use the rim of a bowl that’s about that size. Or you can use a ruler and cut circles with a sharp knife. You’ll have to re-roll the dough scraps a few times. Work quickly because the dough becomes much more delicate the longer it’s at room temperature. You’ll get about 5 rounds per pie crust. Repeat with 2nd chilled pie dough for a total of about 10.
