1. To begin, add the strawberries, lime and lemon juice, tequila and simple syrup to a high powered blender. Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and set it aside for a few minutes.
2. While the margarita mix rests, prepare your glasses. To salt the rim of your glasses, add kosher or margarita salt to a plate and set it aside. Run a lime wedge along the rim of each glass and tip each glass into the salt. Twist the glass in the salt like you would a cookie cutter. Add a few ice cubes to each glass and set them aside.
3. Now, back to the margarita mix. Skim off as much of the foam from the top of the margarita mix as possible. You don’t need to get it all. Pour the margarita mix into the prepared glasses, garnish with lime wedges/slices and serve.
