1. Preheat your air fryer to 360 and lightly spray the basket for nonstick
2. In a medium bowl, combine together the cream cheese, green onions, crabmeat,garlic, mayonnaise, and sugar alternative. If this mixture seems to be too thick and hard to work with, add an additional teaspoon of the mayonnaise until you reach your desired consistency.
3. Lay out your first batch of wonton wrappers on a cutting board or similar surface. Then, moisten the wrappers with a bit of water or oil.Place a teaspoon of the mixture from the bowl into the center of each of these wrappers. If your wrapper is large enough, you can use up to 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mix total.
4. Next, fold the wrappers so that you form a triangle (opposite edges work here). Lastly, press the edges together in order to seal it. Lightly spray each rangoon with oil to get more of a 'fried' taste if desired.

2. To make the dough, place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium size microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and then another cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in the beaten egg and almond flour. Let the dough cool slightly, then knead until smooth. Add a little extra almond flour if the dough is too sticky, then knead again.
3. While the dough is cooling, prepare the filling by combining softened cream cheese, drained canned crab, finely chopped green onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
4. Place the dough on a large silicone mat. Place a second silicone mat over the top, and use a rolling pin to flatten out the dough as much as possible. You might find it easier to do this in two batches.
