If you have a lot of Shrimp, fry them in batches so that they get evenly browned and your Pan is not over-crowded.Once the Shrimp gets fried, take it out on a clean plate and keep aside.
3. Now, in the same Pan, add the Heavy Cream along with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Scrape the sides of the skillet so that no food particle is stuck to the bottom or sides of the Pan. Cook it over a low flame until it comes to a slow boil.Once it comes to a boil, add the Pasta and the Shrimp. Add some fo the leftover Pasta water and mix well.
4. Your Cajun Shrimp Pasta is ready. Garnish with some freshly chopped basil leaves and serve hot!
