DirectionsStep1Preheat your conventional oven to 350°F or 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.Step2Add in 2⁄3 cup peanut butter powder to a medium-sized bowl and gradually incorporate 1⁄3 cup of water, avoiding lumps. It should become a thick paste. Alternatively, just use 1 cup of regular peanut butter.Step3Mix in your sweetener of choice and a pinch of salt, keep mixing until it looks smooth, thick, and glossy. Enjoy a big spoonful. This is NOT optional Step4Mix in one egg, the mixture should be quite runny but still smooth and glossy.Step5Sift in the remaining 1⁄2 cup of peanut butter powder. Or mix it in and AVOID LUMPS AT ALL COST! It looks similar to your batter before the egg is added but makes a huge difference (trust me, I've tried )Step6Spoon heaped cookie batter onto the lined baking tray and bake for 10 - 13 minutes. If making the full PB2 version, the cookies will be slightly soft and appear rubbery, but they'll harden up beautifully in the fridge. Just refrigerate for at least 40 minutes for them …IngredientsIngredients1 cupPeanut Butter OR 2⁄3 Cup Peanut Butter Powder (+ 1/3 cup water)½ cupBaking Sweetener1 Egg½ cupPeanut Butter Powderadd pinchSaltNutritionalNutritional38 Calories0.1 gTotal Fat15 mgCholesterol3.7 gCarbohydrate74 mgSodium4.1 gProteinFrom imheatherr.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalFeedbackThanks!Tell us more

    1. Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut sugar, salt, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract. Mix briskly until ingredients are well blended. Sprinkle the baking soda over the top. With a rubber spatula, work in the protein powder and coconut flour until well combined. The will seem very dry first but will continue to come together as you stir and push. Fold in chocolate chips.
    3. At this point, judge your dough, as the amount of moisture may vary based on the brand of protein powder and nut butter you use. It should be slightly sticky but not a total mushy mess. If you need a firmer dough, add a bit more protein powder. For a looser dough, sprinkle the batter with a bit of milk (or almond milk) and with a spatula, fold it in until the dough comes together.
    4. With a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion the cookie dough by tablespoonfuls and drop onto your prepared baking sheet (you will have 12 to 14 cookies total). With your fingers, gently flatten the tops of the cookies, as they will not spread but will puff up during baking. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes, until the edges are barely golden brown and dry to the touch but the middles seem fairly doughy. Do not overbake! Place the cookie sheet on a wire rack and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring them directly to the wire rack to finish cooling.

    1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line two baking sheets with wax paper and set aside.
    2. In a mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until combined. Gradually stir in your milk, mix in protein powder & flaxseed until all of your ingredients are combined.
    3. Scoop mixture into tablespoon sized balls & flatten onto your lined trays. These cookies won't spread while baking so you'll want to flatten them out.
    4. Bake your cookies for 10-12 mins or until edges are lightly golden. The cookies will firm up once they cool. if you want them crunchy bake them for 15 mins. Allow to cool before serving.

    1. To a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine using a spoon. It takes some elbow grease and it’s okay for the dough to be slightly granular because the sugar absorbs into the dough over time as the dough chills.
    2. Using a medium 2-inch cookie scoop, form two-tablespoon mounds, place mounds on a large plate, cover with plasticwrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or up to 5 days, before baking. Do not bake with warm dough because cookies will spread and bake thinner and flatter.
    3. Preheat oven to 350F, line a baking sheet with a Silpat or spray with cooking spray. Place mounds on baking sheet, spaced at least 2 inches apart (I bake 8 cookies per sheet), flatten slightly using a fork to make a criss-cross pattern if desired.
    4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until edges are set and tops are barely set, even if slightly underbaked and glossy in the center. Cookies firm up as they cool; don’t overbake.
