1. Infused Water Instructions (for each recipe):
2. Add the fruit and herbs into a jar and top with water.
3. For a stronger flavor, muddle or bruise the fruit and herbs first before adding in the water.
4. Let infuse for a minimum of 6 hours, and up to 12 hours in the fridge.

5. Add water and raspberries to the cooking pot. Turn the heat on high and bring to a boil. (If you have an electric kettle, you can use it instead of a pot)
6. Once the water boils, turn off the heat.
7. Pour raspberry infused water into a serving pitcher (strain it if desired or let the raspberries remain in the water, depending on your preference.
8. Let the raspberry infused water cool completely (if you want to serve it right away, pour over ice to cool it down).
