4. In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, chipotle chilipowder, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, juice and zest from thelime(s) and most of the Parmesan cheese (reserve some forsprinkling on the top as a garnish, along with a little cilantro)
