1. Drain the pickles by removing them from the jar with a slotted spoon. Set aside in a small dish. Heat your oil in a heavy bottomed skillet (like a cast iron) to 375°F. In a shallow dish, combine Isopure and seasonings. Working in batches with a fork, dredge the pickle slices in the mixture until they are well coated, about 4- 6 slices at a time.
2. Drop the pickle slices into the oil immediately after dredging them. Don't pre-dredge anything, or the Isopure breading will stick to the surface you are resting the pickles on.
3. Allow the pickles to get golden brown, this will take about 1-2 minutes on each side. When the pickles are done, transfer to a paper towel lined baking sheet. Let the oil come back to 375°F between batches, as the pickles will lower the temperature of the oil.
4. Serve theseketo fried pickles with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy right away!
