Mix until combined, about 35-45 seconds. Be careful not to overmix.Step5Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts with a wooden spoon.Step6Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Using a large cookie scoop (3 Tbsp), scoop dough balls onto baking sheet.Step7Bake for 20 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown with a soft center.Step8Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack.
