I find Glucomannan to work the best for keto syrups. Glucomannan is perfect in hot ingredients such as gravy recipes, syrup recipes like this, or even soups! The general rule is to use about 1/2 tsp of Glucomannan to 1 cup of hot liquid. When you add Glucomannan to hot powder it dissolves nicely without clumps!
