1. Chop your chocolate into small pieces and place the chocolate in your microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals till the chocolate is fully melted, making sure to stir after every 30 seconds.
3. Once the chocolate is fully melted toss the almond with the chocolate until they are completely coated in chocolate.
4. Scoop the almond mixture out a tablespoon at a time onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Sprinkle the top of the clusters with the salt.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave until the chocolate is melted. Use a rubber spatula to mix until smooth. Let cool just slightly before using. Alternately, this can be done in a double boiler. (See note below)
3. Add the nuts to the bowl with the melted chocolate. Mix until all of the nuts are coating in the chocolate.
4. Drop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Be sure to space them out enough that they do not run together.
