1. In a bowl with Poha, add water and wash it once and strain it.
2. In a mixing bowl add chopped onion and salt and mix to release the moisture
3. Now add boiled peas, chopped chilies, and drained out Poha, again add salt to taste
4. Next, add sugar and mix all ingredients well.
