Beer Bread is one of my all-time favorite quick breads. Served warm and smeared with butter it is pure perfection so I knew that it was one of the first keto bread recipes that I had to perfect! When baking bread with almond flour, I HIGHLY suggest getting a super fine variety, otherwise, your bread could come out gritty.
Preparation Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds, or until fully melted. Combine almond (or coconut) flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and egg. Mix well, then stir in the melted mozzarella until fully incorporated.
Bake in a preheated oven for 13-15 minutes until it starts to turn golden brown and has “set”. Leave to cool for a few minutes, then cut into slices. Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves, and serve the cheese bread warm! This “bread” smells SO good when it's fresh out of the oven! The fresh basil just finishes it off perfectly.
