Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into thick ringlets and keep them aside.
2. Put another pan on medium flame and melt butter in it. Quickly, add the chopped onions and garlic in it and saute till the onions turn golden brown in colour. Then, add the spinach and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh cream and grated cheese over the veggies along with 1 tablespoon of salt and black pepper, stir to mix well. Now, lower the flame and cook the spinach for about 3-4 minutes. When the creamy sauce thickens, switch off the gas and keep it aside.
4. Grease a 150 mm (6”) x 100 mm (4”) diameter baking tray with some butter and spread half the potato roundels on it equally. Now spread 1/4th cup of fresh cream on potatoes and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
