Instructions Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the cauliflower florets to a large bowl and drizzle with the oil. Sprinkle the turmeric, sea salt, chili powder, black pepper, and ginger over top and toss so everything is well coated.
Whisk oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl. Add cauliflower and toss to coat. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch florets and place them in a large mixing bowl with the minced garlic. In a small mixing bowl combine the olive oil, turmeric, cumin, paprika, coriander, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper and stir. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the cauliflower florets to a large bowl and drizzle with the oil. Sprinkle the turmeric, sea salt, chili powder, black pepper, and ginger over top and toss so everything is well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, turning halfway.
