Bisquick was handy but it is not keto friendly, I would also say that if you look at the ingredients its not very friendly from those on the Standard American Diet (SAD), but again, its quick and convenient Sarah did some research and came across this Low Carb Bisquick recipe from Maria Emmerich over on her blog KETOadapted.
