2. Place a deep pan over medium flame and heat oil in it for deep frying. Once the oil is heated, pour small amounts of batter in the pan and let it fry. Turn and flip the pakora until it turns golden brown in color. You can add 5 to 6 pakora at once in the pan. Once cooked, keep the pakoras aside in a separate plate.
3. Now to prepare the kadhi, whisk some curd in a bowl and add it to the remaining gram flour batter, and mix well. Add 1200 ml of water into the mixture and mix well again.
4. Place another deep pan on medium flame and heat 1 tablespoon of refined oil in it. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and funegreek seeds to it. Once the cumin seeds turn brown, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, green chili and the curd-flour batter into the pan. Stir the mixture continuously till it becomes thick and starts to boil.
