3 apricots, diced (1/2 cup, I use frozen) 1 large red onion, peeled & diced. 1 Tbs fresh ginger, minced or grated. 5 cardamom pods grounded or 1 tsp ground cardamom. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1 small green chile, seeded and diced, stem removed. 1/2 cup brown sugar.
