1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Boil the green bean in a pot of water about 15 minutes until tender. Drain the water and transfer the green beans to the baking dish.
3. Bring a skillet to medium heat, then add vegetable broth, Greek yogurt, almond milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir constantly 2-3 minutes then add corn starch. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
4. Turn off the heat and pour the mixture over green beans. Sprinkle the top with almond meal and cheese.

Add flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, for 1 minute more. Add milk and continue to stir, scraping up any browned bits. Cook, stirring, until the sauce bubbles and thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 4 minutes. Remove from the heat. (See Tips)
