3. Now in a bowl, sift all purpose flour and salt. Mix nicely and pour enough water to knead a dough. Set the dough aside for half an hour and cover it with a lid.
4. Now make small equal sized balls out of the dough. Dust the rolling board with dry flour. Over a medium flame place a deep shallow pan and heat oil in it. Now, one by one roll the balls into a small disc. Stuff them with the prepared potato-mint leaves stuffing and roll them again into balls. Now, take one ball and roll it into a small circular disc.
