2. Divide the dough into small lime size pieces and roll it out into a 3 to 4 inch circle dusting with little flour.I got 12 poori’s.
3. Carefully slide rolled poori into hot oil and deep fry on both sides until it slightly starts to change color.
4. Remove it from the oil using slotted spoon and place on paper towel lined plate and serve warm with any side dish of your choice.

2. Next, take a pressure cooker and boil the potatoes in it with 2 cups of water over medium flame. Then, peel and mash the potatoes. Add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt, mix well.
3. Now, divide the dough into small balls and roll one ball at a time in the form of a small puri using a rolling pin. Flatten the balls into small rounds and put a small quantity of potato mixture over it and close it properly from all the sides.
4. Roll the closed puri again in a small puri and then, place a kadhai over a medium-high flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, carefully fry the stuffed puri and leave it for deep-frying till they blow up. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
