2. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan over moderate flame. Add cumin seeds and once they start crackling put in the mint paste. Stir fry till it gives a nice aroma. Now add in all the spices and stir well. After 1-2 minutes, add in the chopped potatoes and gently mix it well with the spices.
3. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and simmer till the potatoes absorb all the water. Once it is ready, transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
