Add all the ingredients to a large pot bring to a boil and cook over medium heat stirring to prevent burning and circulate the heat. Cook 10 minutes.
3. Ladle hot salsa into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
4. Wipe rims, center lids and screw on band to fingertip tight.
