1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt and maple syrup, honey, or agave until combined.
2. Add the fruit spread or jam to the mixing bowl and lightly fold it into the yogurt until it's mixed in, but there are still pretty streaks of the spread in the mixture.
3. Carefully spoon or pour 1/3 cup of the yogurt into each of popsicle molds.
4. Place the handles on top of the popsicle molds or the wooden sticks in the popsicles and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are frozen through.
