Total Time: 35 minsCategory: Breakfast, BrunchCalories: 6 per serving1. Prepare the fathead dough as directed. If you want your bagels to come out more 'bread-like', stir in the optional xanthan gum before using the dough in this recipe.
2. Preheat your oven to 400. Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Sprinkle a bit of the everything seasoning on top of the baking sheets.
3. Divide the fathead dough in half and then keep dividing it until you get ten equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
4. For each individual ball, hold the dough ball in one hand and then use a finger from the other hand to push up through the center of the ball to make the hole of the bagel. Gently form the ball into a bagel and place it on to the prepped baking sheet. Leave enough room between bagels to allow for spread.
