2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, almond flour, cornstarch, sugars, baking powder and soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter, milk, water, and vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine. When there is still a little bit of dry ingredients visible, add in the chocolate chips and fold them in.
