2. Next, add the red pepper and mushrooms and cook for about another 5 minutes. Add smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and reduce to medium heat.
3. Add cooked brown rice, vegetable stock and dry cooking wine. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until the liquid has been absorbed.
