3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours, until the mixture is very thick. Serve immediately or allow to cool completely.

3. Add the ground spices followed by potato cubes, eggplants and mushrooms saute. Cover the pan with a lid and bring all the vegetables to a boil, and then lower the heat and let them simmer for another 15 minutes.
4. Remove the lid and add the beans and cook them uncovered for 5 minutes. With the help of slotted spoon, remove the vegetables to a warmed serving dish and keep it hot.
