1. In a blender, add the chopped 250 grams mango, frozen bananas, desiccated coconut and honey. Blend until it forms a smooth paste
2. Pour this in an airtight container. Add the 150 grams of mango chunks and almond flakes to this mixture. Roughly mix and close the airtight container well, freeze for 8 hours (you can even enjoy the icecream mixture without the freezing process)
3. Or after 8 hours, dip an ice cream scooper in warm water and scoop out the mango icecream into a bowl. Top it up with mint leaves and serve
