1. - Cook the rice according to the package instructions. While the rice is cooking, make the stir fry.
2. - whisk the Sriracha, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Add in some water 1 teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached. I like a sauce that is the consistency of very runny honey. It will thicken as in the heat of the pan as it coats the turkey.
3. - Heat some olive oil or vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the turkey mince to the hot oil and use a fork to break it up. Continue to cook the turkey until it starts to brown all over. This will only take about 8-10 minutes.
4. - Once the turkey is browned, add in the ginger and garlic and pour in the stir fry sauce. Stir well to coat the turkey. Add in the Tenderstem or whatever green vegetable you are using and let the hot sauce cook the broccoli. Using Tenderstem this will only take about 3 minutes. You want the broccoli to still have texture and not be overdone.
