How do you make a detox cleanse smoothie?Place 1 cup blueberries, ¼ avocado, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, ½ cup mango, 1 cup kale leaves, ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, and 1.5 cups coconut water in the cup of a blender.
