Now Take the soaked dal and rice in a blender, add rice flour and puree them. Add in water and blend them till they are well blended. Pour this in a bowl and add in salt. Since it’s a no ferment dosa , using little tangy curd improves the taste . If you want to skip curd , instead of it add 1/2 tsp of citric acid crystals ( nimbu uppu / nimbu ke phool ) for tanginess . Instead of thick poha , you can use thin poha too . In that case a resting time of 5-10 mins is also enough .
Tomato Dosa (Thakkali Dosa) is an instant dosa which is tangy, mild spicy and delicious. It's a good variation from the regular dosa and it's easy to prepare. It doesn't require the fermentation. This dosa can be served with coconut chutney.

But this one is a exception, you dont have to ferment it, Just grind it and use right away.
